For the love of god I hope we can pull this ECF out. Nothing is a given but I think it would be a good series vs the AVS. It’s so hard to make it this far I just really hope we can make it. I still think they’re the better team but Igor is the great equalizer.

 
Boston could bottom out next season.

Marchand just had major hip surgery, he won’t be 100% until 2024, if ever. Look at Segiun last year.

McAvoy and grzelcyk will miss significant time. Bergeron will probably retire.

They have a number of upcoming UFA after next season. Haula, Smith, Foligno.

They must have someone in mind as the replacement.

Man.. Now we know why Bergeron is retiring....

He'd be the absolute perfect signing. I know its not happening or it's an extreme long shot.
 
Man... Colorado is looking thin. Burakovsky as your 2C? This also hasn't been Washington Burak... he's been pretty poor this playoffs

That is a major matchup problem in the Finals... assuming they get there, I feel that's a given at this point

Oilers don't seem to have an answer to get into the zone clean
 
Boston probably gonna do the interim thing. Literally all their good players will miss at least a month next year in a league where the playoffs are usually determined by late November. I have a feeling it would be a real easy sell to the fans to "totally not on purpose" give up the season for a shot at Bedard. No way Cassidy goes for that.

I wouldn't blame them at all. I would hate it, but wouldn't blame em.

Colorado's definitely skating well. Great effort from all their players. There's no puck watching. Everyone is moving their feet and swarming

Edmonton's defense is bad.
