They're a very very good team.
A team will need to meet/surpass their skill, focus, chemistry.

But every season there are very strong regulars season teams, and most President's trophy winners don't win Cups.
And every season there are some unexpected series outcomes.

I don't fear them, just respect them.
and NYR, and some others, have personnel to get better goalkeeping

That's just it. They don't need great goaltending to win the cup. Just like the Avalanche didn't last year.

This Isles/Canes game is the most important non-Rangers Rangers game since 2014 WCF game 7.

20 goals on one of the worst teams in the league is pretty remarkable. Zegras hit 60 today because of one of his snipes. So something to be happy about on a brutal season for the Ducks, lol.

Yep, you have to find a way to slow it down and control the pace. You let them dictate the pace and play their track meet style and it's a death sentence for the Rangers with our struggles defending the rush. You don't even need to trap or slow it down too much, you just need to play them very tight and be smart with positioning and angling and stuff like that.

The Rangers need to be really smart with the east-west passing in the neutral zone. It's caused problems and turnovers and the Devils quickly push the play the other way. Be smart and if the passing lane isn't there then get it deep and forecheck.

Unfortunately playing with defensive structure is not our forte.
