Yeah, great tap into a wide open cage. True goal scorer in action there.
Comcast won't rebuild because they don't want to lose money and attendance. Meanwhile...
Good for the fans boycotting, just like Buffalo, f*** these teams if they continue to live in fantasyland.
at least he was in the right place. Wish him the best.....once he is with a different club.Yeah, great tap into a wide open cage. True goal scorer in action there.
Amadio had ample opportunities to be "in the right place" while playing for the Kings.at least he was in the right place. Wish him the best.....once he is with a different club.

yup, does that mean i cannot give the guy props for being there last night?
Gonna be an ugly next few weeks for the Devils in net. Blackwood missed the start of the season with a heel injury and apparently it had been nagging him the entire time. Jonathan Bernier is done for the season after hip surgery.
Blackwood, probably hurt all season: 22 starts
Bernier, probably hurt all season: 8 starts
Gillies, wasn't with the organization on opening day: 4 starts
Daws, first year pro, currently injured: 2 starts
Schmid, first year pro: 2 starts
Yikes, trending towards the Fukufuji year for the Kings

Erik Karlsson out until March.
Never want to see a guy get injured.
Barry Brust and Yutaka Fukufuji sounds like a late 80's WWF syndicated TV match. At least we have Jason LaBarbera to thank for the NHL/NHLPA removing the recall waivers rule from the CBA.
And while I'm referencing 'rasslin, LaBarbera had some amusing wrestling themed masks over his career: Check Out Jason Labarbera’s Awesome The Rock Tribute Mask | InGoal Magazine
if anyone watched the sens-sabres game, dell checked a guy in the trapezoid and took him out of the game
every single opportunity to lay body, both teams are doing it and hard.. what a stark difference from a kings game man..
it's definitely better than before but man, these guys.. every dump-in is a guaranteed plastering, guys are coming down the half-wall to take legitimate runsI actually think we've really been laying it on the last few games.
I think you absolutely place QB, Turcotte and Vilardi in the AHL to develop. You can't just look at other teams and say "well those players turned out fine, it'll work with ours". No. You gotta look at what these players need. Turc needed more time in college. That's for sure. Putting him in the pros hurt him. QB needs to play in Ontario. He'll get his footing there as he already has and he'll break forth. Vilardi needs a lot of AHL time. I think the Kings are doing the right thing here with breaking them in on that level. I don't know how much ice time the big 3 are getting, but they're putting up numbers so that's good. Just stick to the plan and trust the process. We'll see results with these guys as long as we don't rush them.Respectfully disagree.
I prefer to use historical precedent on how other teams have successfully handled similar players to Byfield and Turcotte rather than trust Blakey, Nelly and Muzz. And generally the way the majority of teams have handled these types of players is pretty clearly defined. NHL at 18 for QB, a 6'4 #2 pick who had a dominating season in the OHL before he was drafted. The norm in handling a player like this is not to have him play a bunch of games in the minors or back in junior but to have him in the NHL. Look at the history of #1 and #2 OA picks and how they are handled. For Turcotte the norm would have been 2 years of college and then turn pro (in most cases quickly to the NHL). In the last few years we have seen Makar, Hughes, Norris, Werenski, Boeser, McAvoy, Miller, Caufield, York, Boldy, Knight, Newhook, Sanderson, Holloway, Power, Beniers, Johnson and Brisson as 1st round picks who all returned to college for their sophomore years. How many other teams chose to sign a player (who might have been 175 lbs at the time) to put him in the AHL for the entire season as a teenager? There have been a few, how have those players turned out vs. the ones I listed?
Why should we trust Rob Blake and his volleyball buddies way of doing it more than how most of the rest of the league has done it? Is Blake smarter than everyone else?

The only thing Vilardi seems to excel it is potential. Doesn't do the team much good.
Why isn't he playing now?Vilardi's at a point per game in the AHL right now and had 23 points in 54 games last year in the NHL. Through 41 games last season, he had more points than Kaliyev, Lizotte, Kupari, Grundstrom, and Lemieux, among others.
Why do people have such a hate-on for the guy?
