Agree on Sharks jerseys having too much teal. Yikes. Something along the lines of perhaps black pants changes the whole look of the overall uniforms. Makes it look so much better for me.

Teal is their color so while it might be too much, at least they embrace it. I like the vintage jerseys. Kinda wish the Kings would embrace their royal colors and stand pat with them...

No it doesn’t. Do you think anyone likes the silver helmets or the guys in Vegas like the gold ones? No but they wear them because they’re told to. The Seals wore white skates, painted white skates at that. You’ll do what you’re told, it’s in your contract.

Yeah F that capitulation to players. And guess what all of these players are temporary members of the franchise. Team colors and logos last longer than the players careers. Suck it up buttercup. I may be misremembering but I think Hoven may have mentioned that as a factor of the Kings not keeping purple as a regular jersey color. Something about the players not liking it. When the fans wear the colors more proudly than the players then maybe you've got the wrong players playing for your team.

To any of the ownership rationalization for not going back to purple and gold is because most sports fans associate it with the Lakers, then it's short-sighted. As the Laker colors changed as a result of ownership purchasing the Lakers and Kings coming into the NHL at the same time. It just sucks that the golden age of LA Kings history coincides with the worst jersey in its history.

I meant main jerseys. Alternate jerseys I don't really give a crap about in terms of swinging and missing on bad concepts. Quality of alternate jerseys only matters when your main jersey design sucks.

I like them. To each their own i guess. I will say this, wished they used the original crown, not the expensive one they paid for when Uncle Phil bought the team . You just can't see the detail.

That's right, the players are just transients passing through, and I really don't give a flying f what they like in a uniform. Bring back the Forum Blue and Gold.

Seriously they should utilize the current crown way more often. The Crown may have had different variations over the years, but that's the symbol of our team. I was fine when they introduced the homeplate logo all those years ago, but the Crown is us. I understand people getting confused with Sacramento, but who f***ing cares.
