Not so sure about that; Green seems to really like Hamonic. I would not be surprised if Staios signs him again at Green's request, but I would not like that.

Sure but he’s a centre. Green basically elected to keep Pinto on the third line because he takes the hard minutes and it frees up the others especially with Norris out. If you put him in the top 6 you may lose defensive efficiency from your third line.

That is where Perron might find a place where he fits. But I agree we are short at least 1 and possibly 2 top 6 players.

Top 6: Tkachuk, Stutzle, Batherson, Norris and possibly Giroux but he is fading. We definitely need another top 6 and we should have the salary cap to acquire one next season.

Our third line if you moved up Pinto right now would be Perron - Ostapchuk - Amadio. I think we are much better off spreading everyone out, we’re thin without Norris.

Anyway yeah when Norris comes back and assuming full health for the top guys, that’s a different story. But then again I really like the Greig - Pinto - Amadio line. Hopefully we can just upgrade on Perron at the deadline.
