I wouldn't take Puljujarvi for free, he's every redundant possession with no finish 3rd line type the Kings have been flooded with for years. If you can't produce with the likes of McDavid and Draisaitl, there is no hope in him ever producing. I'd rather move Turcotte/Vilardi for someone else, or hold on to them in hopes they are late bloomers

What good is cap space if you don't use it fully. I was meaning acquire now and figure it out as you go. McDonagh would be a great fit. I wouldn't give up long term space for nothing. So sorry if it came across that way.

But they did lose, and the Cup is all that matters. They also lost a game 7-0 in the Final. And they were down to the Rangers, and damn near down 0-3.

At 27, we know what Paul is. A 7 year deal for him is one of those too smart kind of moves. What was he going to command without the term? Significantly more than a $3m hit? I guess if he remains a 55pt player like he was in 21 TB games this year, it'll be a steal, but only time will tell.
