If the Avs are going to give up this many quality chances from point blank range it won't matter
gotta make some big saves on occasion. Kuemper not doing that. Francouz looked good v Edmonton. I think he's better option. I agree they are giving up more odd man chances.. Rantanen blew coverage on a 3 on 3 that was bad. Toews not having a good game tonite

Yeah, it's like TBL last game.

Ferraro brings up an interesting point though, with Francouz coming in it raises the goaltending question for Colorado again in a way it doesn't for TBL.

As inconsistent as Vasilevskiy has been in goal during the playoffs, Tampa still has the advantage in goal. This guy might flip a switch at any moment and post a shutout, or do something like allow only two goals in the next 100 shots.

Colorado bounced back after the Blues pushed them around pretty good in two games in that series. There was one game they choked a lead, and an earlier game in the series where the Blues just totally neutralized them. The Avs found a way.

I think the most concerning thing is their injuries keep piling up. Burakovsky is a big loss when Kadri is already out.

Watching some of the clips today, ESPN has totally dropped the ball with their camera coverage during the finals. It was embarrassing watching them try and prove the play was offside on the Avs first goal with only 4-5 camera angles, none at the blueline. But hey, Ray Ferraro close up are always on point.

Did he get hit in the mask by a Tampa stick right before the goal was scored? Watching on a phone, so I couldn't see it clearly. If so, isn't that considered goalie interference?

Mask came off and play not whistled dead. Lightening scores about 0.5 seconds after mask is off. Must be unreviewable?

Nachuskin is always dangerous out there.. lets get this guy.. heard he's a bum but he looks good to me
