I don’t know where to post this, but has anyone noticed that Kings tickets have been relatively cheaper this year? I’m looking at sub-$20 tickets for the Caps game. That’s quite unheard-of in the post-Kings Stanley Cup era.

Been like that but COVID restrictions lower the price even more.

It’s probably more, they have been bad for a few years, and started off worse. Keep this winning up and the prices will rise.

Oh and seemingly all the other LA professional teams are on a much better position currently.

PR tickets are so cheap. I wasn't planning on going to opening night but the day of the game I looked at tickets and ended up buying PR level tickets for $40 each. I was just looking again and you can get PR level tickets for Dallas in December for under $30 +fees. It's like the early 2000's again.

I hate seeing low attendance, but given that every game we attend these days requires an overnight hotel stay (live two plus hours away) I am not complaining about the lower ticket prices.

After tonight, Leon Draisaitl has 31 points in 14 games, just for fun that's a ~182 point pace ranking 7th all-time between Gretzky 86-87 (183) and Gretzky 88-89/Lemieux 86-87 (168).

McDavid on the other hand, has a mere 27 in 14, good for ~158, 14th all-time.

I love that Draisaitl is outscoring McJesus. Hope he keeps it up.

Ducks win again. That's 7 in a row. Zegras with 3 points.

Vegas is 8-2 in their last 10.

Pacific shaping up to be pretty tough.

I expect Vegas to climb back into second in the division maybe even challenge the Oilers for first. Ducks and Flames look better this year and Vancouver's got too much talent not to turn it around. I think Green might be on the hot seat. Even the Guppies look better this season. It's going to be a tough division for sure. A looong season still ahead but this doesn't seem to be the pushover division everyone thought it would be.

Crosby and probably Malkin are the only 2 players who could get away with this. The new way to board a guy, just thrown him into them.

Unless our PP/PK gets better, like, significantly better, we will regress eventually.

Luckily for us so far, we are playing mostly 5v5 this year. But good teams don't have bad special teams, and ours is currently very bad.
