I just watched the Nate Mackinnon post-game interview after the Avs lost game 6 and he looked like the saddest, angriest guy on the planet. You can just tell he has a strong desire to win and is someone you would go to war for. Something I didn't get the sense from most of the core Leafs in their post game interviews after they were eliminated.

I'm tired of this 'Islanders/Habs are teams with heart' narrative

If heart was the end all be all, the Flyers would be a dynasty

I think that’s the problem. It seems like they are just not sick of losing.

Lol. Well, he’s won more rounds in the last week then the Leafs have in 17 years.

You would push your grandmother down the stairs to see the Leafs in the final 4. Don’t deny it.
Of course i would love to see them în the final 4 but în the end the only thing that matters is the cup..when islanders win the stanley cup with him i will congratulate him, until then i remember him doing a big nothing here

Who the f*** in their right mind would do that? That's a messed up thing to say.

So Lou has to win a cup in New York to not be a big nothing here and yet, you're making excuse after excuse for Dubas after the 3-1 choke job in the first round against an 18th place team???

Watching tampa play it’s like watching the leafs.

Skate around make fancy plays. Don’t shoot. Throw a muffin up the middle Break away Agaisnt

He was and did his plays after the penalty showed you anything that he wanted to win and willing to go that extra mile to help the team win? I think he actually played worse.

Maybe I should start rooting for the Islanders just because it would look bad on Shanahan. It looks like they have a shot. I underrated the team.
