Peterson is a superior player to Nylander. He could have commanded more than 12 like Marner will.

Mitchy last 3. 88 goals. 269 pts

All 3 should be comparable. Marner 2 was a selke finalist. Plays literal defense and was a 2 time NHL all star (to be fair it’s much harder as a center)

Matthews is 1 year older than EP and literally has 200 more career goals. A hart Pearson and closing in on 3 rockets. He is handily out scoring OV at the same age over 500 games. none of these players are in the same category.

You can like ep better. You can say we paid a winger center money. I personally don’t buy the last year rfa thing. But you can also argue that.
