Personally, I just want whoever wins this series to be so beat up, that they get swept in the next round.

It’ll be so good to see the Oilers eliminated again. They‘ll wake up the next morning and realize they have Nurse and Campbell signed to an eternity and can’t improve the team a whole lot because of it. Two world class talents going to complete waste.
 
i feel less confident about gavriokov re-signing after his presser today. Anytime a player says we will see, or time will tell feels like they want to at least test the market. cannot say i blame him.

Love the Kings but hate the 1-3-1 system they play. I think it stifles they're offense.
 
Leafs felt a big relief after they eliminated Tampa but now another Florida team, the Pathers are kicking they're rear. Down 2-0 heading to Florida. this one might just be 4 and done.

Game 5 when we were down 6-3 and had that 1-3-1 going on should tell you. Todd is stubborn and has his style of system which is unflexible. It will keep more games competitive but at the cost of developing explosive plays on the fly. Plus, most coaches just want to have a long term contract in the league. So we see a lot of this boring, plotting hockey during the regular season but coaches adapt during the playoffs.

Won't change until coach leaves.

They played the same way the USA soccer team has played from like the 80's to 2010+ when they'd play an elite top team like Italy, Germany, Brazil, Argentina, etc. Sit back, full defensive mindset, try for an occasional set play or rush, and hopefully we can get to the end tied or close.
