I don't know what Russians feed their goalies but Hockey Canada should be taking notes. There are probably 6 or 7 Russians who would be the #1 for Canada.

I don't think this would do much asides from make fans hate refs more .. game management is too prevalent in the NHL so you'd get a lot of canned responses.

I actually support this. A ref may think twice about making a clearly bad call or not bothering to hear out a player if he actually knew he’d have to answer for it later
