I'm glad that Lucic showed how useful he is during a game where the Flames were getting destroyed by Trouba. Hopefully he gave the Rangers bench a lot of mean stares as he skated past it.

I couldn't stop laughing as I was watching him attempt to play hockey in the 3rd. Sutter kept throwing him out and he was beating the puck square. Turned it over about a half dozen times in the neutral zone because he can't handle the puck at a pewee level. He also took a pretty heavy check by Trouba in that period as well and didn't do squat.

He is incredibly useless. A total joke of a hockey player that comically still gets lauded by dumb Flame fans and media as some sort of presence.

Its amazing how much more liked Lucic is by Calgary Flames fans and media. They can't figure out what an extinct dinosaur he is. They actually think he's a player.

Evander Kane; "We want Milan to be out on the ice more"

lol"

I think some fans have figured it out but the most important guy in the room hasn’t. Sutter has already worn out his welcome in Calgary especially after getting pantsed by Woodcroft.

Best part is those idiots are talking about re-signing him.

The rumored Treliving -> Toronto -> Sutter -> Calgary GM shuffle would be a dream come true. Sutter would instantly be the worst GM in the NHL and would 100% be re-signing Lucic. Sutter sucked at it 10 years ago and the job certainly hasn't gotten any easier since.

It’s almost like they are our rivals.
It's almost as if they have a bunch of welfare loser points to even be close to us.....As an Oiler fan, it is mindboggling that any fellow Oilers fan could have a stomach ache if we are trash talking CGY. lol. How does that bother an Oilers fan?

I can do that all day and enjoy it. Brings me great joy.

We also have four more wins than them and six more regulation wins in one less game played. I don't care what the points say, there is a spread there.

Good thing they moved a 1st to move Monahan along. Shrewd.

GM of the year material right there. Shoe in for sure.
With how often Monahan is injured, couldn't Calgary just have waited for the eventual injury and then put him on LTIR and save the same amount of cap space? But I guess they needed the cap space right away in the summer to sign the great Kadri... hahahha suckers

A lot of Kadri's offense was off a hot start too. He had 9 point in his first 5 games then not so much after including one streak of 7 games without a single point.

Good thing they have him at $7M until he's about 100 years old.
Now that he got his brains rattled yet again he won't even know what direction to skate in. Doesn't he get more useless after concussions? Seem to remember him completely disappearing before. Flames are missing playoffs.
