Couple of women covering the NHL aren’t bad at their job, but that’s all there is, just a couple of them

Avs have gone through very long spots of being mediocre, but I can't imagine how it's like being a fan of Buffalo and Columbus when there is just endless darkness even when you think better days are ahead.

Poor Sabres fans. Remember in 2011 when they signed Ehrhoff they were spotting off about how they were going to be better than the Canucks now (despite them being fresh off losing the SCF). Then that wild Hodgson Kassian trade happen to intensify the weirdness. They have not made the playoffs since that signing

Well I hate the Seattle one until I saw the Vegas one and now I wish I didn’t have eyes

Man Tampa is nothing more than a mediocre team these days. We can blame JoJo all we want but it's certainly not because of Vasilevskiy's injury that they are getting outshot 28-18 by the Oilers.

3 of the 4 goals Oilers scored are on JoJo. Bolts must feel like being in torture house when they battle and battle then JoJo just allows a super softie and they lose the game

Tampa ties it again, until JoJo does JoJo things again LOL

This is the natural course of regression for a dominant team.

They have lost a lot of good depth players over the years, the core players are older, they have played more games than any team since 2020, and have been a team that has been dominant since arguably 2015 when they were in the SCF. Going on 10 years now of being upper echelon.

Reminiscent of the Sharks and their slow decline.

I don't think there's a coach alive that could get that group to buy into a defensive system that could actually help their goalies.

Put Skinner on Vegas or Carolina or Toronto and his numbers look a lot better. Edmonton is a goalie graveyard because the players there don't understand how intertwined goalies and defensive play is nowadays. That Campbell signing showed management doesn't get it either.
