Mathew Barzal has been super disappointing following his phenomenal rookie season.

Even as scoring has gone up, he has either stagnated or gotten worse year after year.

I think the Islanders might even be using him as a winger now? Running Horvat, Nelson and Pageau as their centres.

Paying 9.125M for a ~65 point winger is horrific value.

Money. More styles of jerseys = more sales and more money

I really hope the Avs don't come out with blue lids on tomorrow night.

I’m kind of a fuddy-duddy, it bothers me that the Canes switched to their black alternates for home and wear white with red pants and helmets on the road.

But whatever if they want to mix it up go ahead.

Probably unpopular but for me the Avs are one of the few teams where I prefer the aways. The homes are great but the aways really pop

I'm actually curious what it would look like with blue helmets on the Avs road kits. I'm having trouble picturing whether I'd like it or not, but I still don't really like the road setup they have.

Might not work with the Avs, because they have so much burgundy on the shoulders right next to the blue helmet, but I think the Leafs look much improved with the blue helmets.

You need to have a good balance from head to toe. It's why shoe, belt, and tie color are important with suits.
