GDT: Around the League 2023-24 I : "Wake Up. September Has Ended!"

But they find ways to win cause a guy name Pospisil doesn’t have as many goals as their f***ing stars.

That OT has like watching Div 10 players go 3 on 3. Just a comedy of errors. Add in the usual players disappearing into the board graphics, and you get a typical new NHL game.
 
I think even Toronto has won only like 2/3 reg games max.
They aren't going anywhere this year. Last year wqs their peak
 
Vegas plays the same way, shift after shift, night after night. Each player is accountable to each other and to the team. Coach pulls out the whip when required. Pretty much the opposite of our no accountability, defense is too difficult and no fun approach.

So like what's with the resurgence of tinted visors? I thought it was against the rules unless the player had some sort of eye impairment that required it.

But now a lot of guys have them (William Nylander, Alex Pietrangelo and Alec Martinez among others). Vegas looks like they have the most tbh. Between the tinted visors and gold shiny helmets it really adds to their douchebag mystique.

The LV / Sharks game looks like a practice. When we played the Sharks, it looked like a playoff elimination game.
Sigh.

Campbell with 1 million retained for Samsonov. Hopefully Treveling is a bad enough GM to accept that.
