The way the 2023 Leafs were playing I’m not sure they would have had the juice to get past Carolina or stand toe to toe with this Vegas team. But shame on them for not even making Bobrovsky’s life harder with more crease crashing and slot work.

If Bobrovsky won the panthers this series it would be one the greatest goaltending displays in nhl history. Vegas has been ALL over Florida this series. I’d rather go with the Florida team sucks now rather than Bobrovsky. The Vegas team is just owning them from top to bottom.

We had enough cycles long enough for us to get fresh legs on for a full shift, they just either didn’t turn into anything because of Bob or us losing the zone before getting a shot off on an unforced error. That and these little tic tac toe rushes they keep allowing off NZ takeaways. Bob gets across on that 5th goal against us every time.

I don’t think played them that different than LV is doing, they’re just bigger faster and execute crisper + the difference in Florida this round.

Not reinventing a wheel you don’t understand. Just doing the conventional thing really well and being aggressive in getting better all the time.
