People on this board already complain about Willy and Tavares, but Kane is straight up the worse defensive forward in the league.

We got the right guys we needed, to compliment what we already had. Kane wasn’t the grit that ROR, Acciari, Lafferty, McCabe, Schenn bring.
I’ll buy that that hit is probably a penalty by the book these days for hitting the head, but that’s not a charge. The guy made a move towards him, he took two steps and made a hit. No way that’s a charge.
I like the hits, but yes, Im a bit of a dinosaur in terms of what I accept as clean in hockey, freely admit it.
NYR done here. Ok with that, would have liked to have a chance at home ice but hypothetically being in a track meet with the Devils would be fine.
Rangers havent scored in new jersey since game 2. They were shutout 4-0 in game 5 and haven't scored yet tonight in game 7.

This one feels like game 5 against Columbus. There's losing, and then there's losing without even a goal to cheer for because your forwards can't get even half a play going.

Silver lining for the Rangers is that they didn't pay much at all for Kane at the deadline

If the Leafs can beat Florida, we’ll have a chance to avenge our early 2000’s teams that could never beat New Jersey and were denied a Stanley Cup Finals berth by Carolina.

Devils are probably the scariest team left from the east imo. So fast. They played us well. Remember them just destroying us and completely outplaying us.
