Isn't lehner known for some troubles with his mental health? Also known to be outspoken?

He's been great with the Isles and Hawks.

Makes 5M so not to expensive if we dump Pete

He'd be a good target just wonder if he'd handle the media and Toronto market well. He would be getting grilled if he has a bad stretch or two.

Id like to get Helly from the Jets. But the cost will be high and idk if we want to pay it

That was shown when they failed against garbo teams in the Blue Jackets in a 5 game series and the Habs up 3 games to 1.

Status quo? Yeah, same result next season. Doesn't matter if they win 65 games in the regular season, doesn't mean shit until you win in the playoffs. Love the Leafs, but ain't happening with this group.

Lehner is a disaster. I’d love to see VGK replace him but I wouldn’t want the Leafs to pick him up.

Shesterkin is the key to keep them competitive.

They have a nice trio on the blue line in Fox, Trouba, and Lindgren

But their core of Panarin, Zib, and Kreider are at the peak of their prime. Strome is a pending UFA but also at the peak of his prime.

They need their top picks to step up into their potential if they’re going to remain contenders for years. But Laf, Kakko, and Chytil are wingers so their centre depth is in big question in the long term.

Worst goaltender in the entire NHL since December (that's over half the season!) and worst starting goaltender in the playoffs and he decides to ask for 5M :biglaugh:

We've drafted a goalie in 5 out of the last 6 drafts.

Seems like the better idea is to draft a guy who had a .937 in the U18's as a 17 year old and was in the KHL as an 18 year old before the 4th round.

Miller not bad either and Schnieder up and coming.

I'd be cool with a Rangers vs Colorado series.

I'd like to see Naz get a cup.

Although Tampa at least making the cup would make me feel a little better and I wouldn't count them out yet.
