Look at how poorly OEL and Petersson are performing in Vancouver. No one gets fired mid-season if they're delivering the way they should be. They do seem like the type of team that could turn itself around in the short term at least.

They at least have points in three in a row, and are starting to score - five goals in their last two games after scoring only six in the previous eight. Still probably too little too late.

During practice I believe that is fine as an EBUG, as long as he is receiving no compensation.
To get into a game, even on the bench, he would need a PTO.

BOS would have to be in an emergency situation (fewer than two goaltenders available) ✓
Rask would not be allowed to have any other contract anywhere else ✓
BOS would need to have enough cap space to callup/sign a minimum salary contract ✓
Rask would be compensated $500 for his game

Garth Snow subbed in as an EBUG for NYI I believe, while working as management, after his retirement. Just a little weirder because Rask still isn't officially retired, and is pretty widely believed to be coming back around the deadline anyway.

As a huge Ovi fan, rooting for him big time this year. He's been incredible this year. Already matched his assists total from 2016 where he played 79 games.

He could hit 100pts for the for first time since 2010. This year he's already at 41 in 26 games. All he would need is 59 in 56 to finish. Hope to see him do it.
