Not that he's ever been the fleetest skater, but he looked slower as last year went along too. Still, 0 ES points in 8 games isn't expected.

I've noticed he's been pretty non existent the first 2 games. Very non Williams playoff like. Age might finally be settling in.

This is the Dallas D I remember, and it's going to do them in. STL has three goals on five shots.
Not normally. He didn't win the Conn Smythe just for his game 7 performances. He was right up there with Kopitar in points. Could be how the Penguins are matching up against him. I don't know if he has any chemistry issues with his line mates. On the Kings he pretty much stayed with Kopitar, though during the 2015 season he was doing a lot of bottom six work with Brown.

Truthfully, we started seeing signs of Williams slowing down last season, that's why a lot of us pretty much accepted the inevitable that he likely wouldn't be back. He's not going to be performing every game like he did during his 2014 run, just as we couldn't expect Brown to keep up the pace we saw from him from the 2012 run.

I'm pretty sure I would be ready to ring Roussell's neck if I were Ruff after that "performance". The interference call in OT was the right call - would made a clear cut 2 on 1 advantage for Dallas. Sadly we've seen too little of proper officiating late in games. Glad they kept it consistent throughout the game.

Orpik got 3 games. I'm honestly shocked it was 3 games, they never give out long suspension in the playoffs unless you're Raffi Torres.

He played really well with his line mates all season, the scoring seems to be a team wide issue. Also, the Pens have done a great job at shutting down that line.

Happy to see it. Brutal hit to a top 4 defenseman who will probably miss time, repeat offender, head shot. Gotta get this crap out of the game and this is a great way to do it.

Same boring pp by the Sharks. Win a draw, get a shot through that wasn't blocked, clean up the garbage rebound and score.
They're doing work. I imagine their fans are entertained. I just find it hard to watch these games.

Totally agree, it feels more like a regular season game. This series may be won by pp goals.
