I honestly think Toronto might get him. Tank this season which gets them a high draft pick + Babcock might be very enticing.

Holland might have a shot, but if he tries to get cute with the cap hit, i don't expect him to come to Detroit.

I think Kopitar would be a better fit for Detroit, but obviously i would gladly drive to the airport and pick either of them up and drive them to the Joe.

Agree on Kopitar being a better fit. My problem with Stamkos is that I think he's more of a wing playing center. Part of the premium on Stamkos, though, is that he's supposed to be a center.

That could be possible Streit is a very good Top pair LHD plays right side he had what 52 points last year and could be had very cheaply I wouldn't mind Streit pair him with Kronwall and put Ericsson down on the 3rd pairing where he belongs.

Yeah I know just wishful thinking on my part. Chicago has about $350,000 in cap space so either Detroit would've to take back salary or eat half of Kindls salary and take back a small cap dump for the Hawks either way it wouldn't make much sense for either team.

It was the Kimmo Timmonen retirement tribute so Holland was probably scouting him.

Flyers fans love Streit, he's by far their best defenseman.(not that that is saying very much....)
