Arizona Coyotes Lounge XXV

It used to be a stereotypical Utah Mormon thing - when they got together for activities, they'd do potluck, and invariably someone would bring green Jell-O and carrots. In recent times, the Jell-O has turned into "pastel," which is Jell-O mixed with Dream Whip. But for those in the know, the green Jell-O is still a winking reference to Utah culture.
I would have guessed it had an LDS tie-in. 👍

you mean like the phrase "magic underpants"?

(also, 10 years ago this spring I saw "The Book of Mormon". I really was entertained.)

Those weren’t carrots, that’s cat food!

Well...what do you think makes them mega? Pilfering doesn't work without a huge congregation!
You should really educate yourself before criticizing people trying to do good and make a difference in the world. It’s not very endearing. A church growing organically that is funded 100% by members of the community that find value in what they do for kids, families, and people in need…yeah what a horrible thing right? Those horrible people helping others, what a shame. All money they make goes directly back into programs and resources that they offer, just fyi.

Your cynicism is noted haha. They’re using their full coffers for really sinister things too, like kids camps, special needs programs, marriage counseling, dad/daughter date nights, missions in third world countries to help give them clean drinking water and medical care. It’s diabolical I tell you…diabolical!!!

A molestation joke, way to stay on brand. One of the few topics the church knows more about than money!
