Heavy pouring in Central Phoenix right now.I will say it picked the right time to rain holy balls it's been hot. Last night it was like 105 at 10PM.
Sure was, we got an inch last night and it all came down in what.... maybe an hours time!Heavy pouring in Central Phoenix right now.
When I left Edmonton and moved to Phoenix 30 yrs. ago, I thought I would just follow the Oilers for my hokey fix. That lasted for about a year then I lost interest. Teams trade players and you kind of lose touch with the team. Today, it's easier to follow teams but it's still not the same as having a team and that is why I doubt I will follow Utah much, other than maybe a game here or there. Like you said, it is what it is. AM may have screwed up, but so did our great dumb as hell leaders.I've had a good 2 decade run as a sports fan, I think that time is just over. I used to love baseball, I could watch random games all day. The stat cast era even with the pace of play improvements, is just hot garbage. The players aren't interesting, the league is all samey and boring. I'm a Coyotes fan not a hockey fan and have no interest in following really without a team. College sports never did it for me, and now with NIL and transfers and stuff, you can't even invest in the players for a few years you get one.
I've got other hobbies, is what it is.
NHL phone number (212) 789-2000, knock yourselves out boys!We need to keep the hope alive and keep a level of fan pressure on the league to return a team to AZ.
We have a model to follow, partially, courtesy of Winnipeg. Organization and constant clamor. Unlike those hyenas from the frozenhole, we should not, not attempt to sabotage any struggling markets, not even Winnipeg.

Thank you.I don't think the Phoenix market has enough fan pressure to do it. Most of the existing hardcore hockey fans in the Valley are fans of other teams and don't feel a desperate need for another one to cheer for. That is, in fact, one of the reasons why all this happened in the first place.
Some days I'm like it is what it is, might as well see what BA and the boys can do. Others I can feel myself secretly hoping the whole season is a complete disaster. I'm embarrassed of the latter because it's not like any of this is the fault of the staff, coaches, or players. So wanting them to have a miserable season is stupid and petty. But the emotion is there nonetheless, guess it's just yet another chapter in the book of Coyote fan trauma.I just can’t seem to get excited about Utah. I dropped off watching podcasts a few weeks ago and am getting psyched for the upcoming Ny Rangers season. Won’t be active on HF but there are other Rangers boards around which I will follow.

I don't hate the players, I hate the circumstance.Sounding a lot like a "don't hate the players.... hate the business of the game" thing.
Coyotes fans aren't the first.... and probably won't be the last either.
