I hear you. I sleep much better when it’s dark more of the day. Get to sleep earlier, sleep better and wake up with more energy. Other than that, it’s better to have more light.

Yeah, and it'll continue to get worse, to the point where it's basically completely dark by 4:30 or so. It's f***ing stupid. There's a reason that almost the entire country wants to completely do away with daylight saving time. Studies have found it's more detrimental than it is helpful.
