I sank wayyyy too many into Balder's Gate 3 this weekend. My GF is not happy, but our level 6 Wizard, Paladin, and Sorcerer were happy my level 6 Battlemaster Fighter was able to join.

I was thinking about picking that up. Is it worth buying or will it ruin my life?

I have it downloading now.

Are you able to create your whole party or just your character in the party? And are you able to join other people online in the game?
I believe a player can only create one character per campaign. Conceivably you could have 3 people start a campaign with you just for the character creation and then just never have them playing with you and you control all 4. You can join, but unless you were there at the start of the campaign you would just be playing one of the companions in that campaign. Characters aren't saved. Campaigns are.

Aaah, gotcha. That's a little less fun but I still dig it.

Should we do a HFBoards game?! I know we talked about doing HFBoards D&D a year or two ago. This might be the easy way of doing it.

@Bench ! Download this game and join our troupe!

If you guys are serious about it, I'll definitely join. I haven't touched BG3 yet, but did play Larian's other recent Divinity games so I get the gist.

I'm serious. I'm itching to play a swords bard in that game. It's one of my favorites in D&D.

Not into that game, but if any of you guys are ever up for Call of Duty, I'm in. Also anxiously awaiting Modern Warfare III.

So this is partially correct. If you join someone else's game in multiplayer, you may only create one player per profile. You do NOT need to join at the beginning, you may join whenever and your level is that of the highest person. But again, it is only one creation per profile per campaign you join or start. (wait, I think we are saying the same thing @norrisnick lol)

There is also an NPC you can pick up to join your camp that lets you pick a new class (you can't change race) so if you get bored of being a Barbarian, you can start over with that character as a Rogue or Sorcerer (re-doing your stats as if you were creating a new character).

Just finished my fantasy football draft (12 team PPR league). A bit thin at RB, but not a bad overall result considering I drafted 12th:

QB Justin Herbert
RB Kenneth Walker III
RB Isiah Pacheco
WR Stefon Diggs
WR Davante Adams
WR George Pickens
TE Mark Andrews
FLEX AJ Dillon
D/ST 49ers
K Harrison Butker

Anyone into comics or graphic novels? I subbed to two digital comic apps and have bought a ton over the last few months. I'm finishing up Invincible and reading through one called Black Science.

I loved invincible. I read it from 1 to the end. Super excited for season 2 on Netflix.
Last month they dropped a single Atom Eve origin episode on Amazon, not sure if you saw it but I didn't for a while and just watched it recently. It's in with the regular first season.

I've read a ton of Image stuff this year, like Saga, East of West, I Hate Fairyland, Chew, there are some great ones.

Anyone dating a girl that does country line dancing? Which song gets her on the dance floor?

Top 2 are Boot Scootin' Boogie and Footloose, everything past that seems hit or miss.

I'd think that, "Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy" by Big & Rich would be a bar favorite.

He should do fine as long as he's slotted correctly with second tier properties and they don't throw him in the deep end with first tier transactions.
Yeah, he's gonna need slower customers, I doubt he can keep up with the younger up and coming crowd. Put him against the older ones and he'll be fine.

Good thing he retired before his back totally crapped out, real estate does require a lot of walking around.

My suspicion is that he's gonna hear from a lot of angry HFBoards posters.
I don't see why anyone would hold a grudge against DDK, he tried his best with a bad back, and the team would have sucked regardless.

Mantha is the only player that's pissed me off, because he has talent, skill, and physical abilities. His problems are all in his head.
