Perhaps you could make us all a good pizza to watch?

Pizza is eaten in a pizzeria, I prefer to cook. And for this reason the difference between the two plates, for being made by the same hand is remarkable. After all, it's better to know how to make what looks like a very well cooked and presented pasta dish than a pizza that leaves many doubts! In the end, it's better to know how to make pasta than pizza.

Well, my pizza gets great compliments from all who try it and as for its appearance, several folks on this site as well as many on my cooking group page seem to think it’s rather appealing. Are they all wrong? Is there something specific you object to?

Damn that looks fine. How do you bake your naan? And if the answer is in your custom-built tandoor oven, well then... you know... just lie.
Thanks! I'll give you a link to the recipe I used. I baked it by throwing a slab of cordierite (I normally use it in my oven for pizza) on the gas grill and cranking all burners (including the rotisserie burner) to high.

Yours look like naan should look. If I had only her pics to go on, I wouldn't have gone near that recipe.
