It appears it should have been Kamille

Not that I follow Kamille, but I seen small bits and pieces of her on the NWA power show. She looks like a wrestler that can beat the hell out of people. The WWe seems to have come up with a great group of female wrestlers who look believable as wrestlers

I don’t know that anyone thinks that
Yeah, it seems more like there's now a clear picture what they want to do with the female talent. Feels like a few NXT talents are main roster bound sooner or later, like Cora Jade, Tiffany Stratton, Roxanne Perez. Also, if they get something going with Stardom, I can see them doing Evolution 2, with Stardom playing some role.

I have no idea what your last sentence is supposed to mean. Muscles mean believable to you? Nevermind that Jade and Kamille both suck at actual wrestling. Plus, it's wrestling it's not supposed to be believable. MMA and Boxing are believable, wrestling is about suspension of disbelief.

They won’t do Evolution 2 without Ronda or someone they see as transcendent.

It's hard believe some 5'1 female wrestler can actually beat up somebody who is like 5'6 or bigger, even worse then they closing in on 6 feet

I thought Rey Mysterio put this line of thinking to bed sometime in the mid 90's but I guess not.

There is always exceptions to the the rule, but that person must either be extremely talented in the ring or exceptionally good on the microphone and in general to make that wrestler stand out you don't want to liter the rest of the card with other wrestlers who might be small but no where near as talented as somebody like Rey(unless you purposefully using them for squash matches)

I mean nobody expected Zelina Vega to beat Rhea in Puerto Rico but they managed to make it just enough believable looking.

So what about Seth Rollins beating Brock Lesnar or guys like Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart beating The Undertaker or Psycho Sid?

guys like Shawn and Bret at least looked like high level athletes. You can sell them as guys who could beat the bigger guys with speed and/or technical mastery.
Well, anyone who watches MMA or boxing knows that's a bunch of bs. A person's physique has very little to do with how good of a fighter they are and no top heavyweight is losing to a welterweight or middleweight regardless of how fast they are. Seems to me like the believability argument gets used inconsistently. Now, to me it's the same as someone watching an action movie and complaining about it being fake or over the top which is pretty silly imo.

Believability and realism are two very different thing. I do not expect wrestling to be realistic, but I expect it to be believable enough not to feel like an idiot when I watch it.

UFC was literally created as a vehicle for a 150 pound guy named Royce Gracie (who was specifically chosen BECAUSE of his lack of size) to beat far bigger guys with ease in real fights.

Rhea made it believable because of the way she sells for smaller talent. She’s the best at it.

While Rey was a great example to counter my argument, all 3 of the guys you mention are like what 6'0-6'1?
