Not sure if serious...as a fan of none of the teams mentioned, I can say that I do not consider Bergeron/Krejci to be on the level of the other duos mentioned. Good players, no doubt, but I wouldn't consider either to be elite

There is a very strong argument to be made that Bergeron is one of the best defensive forwards of all time - if that doesn't garner elite status, then I question your definition of "elite".

To reiterate, I have no problem with how Vesey has handled the situation, but he has unquestionably turned a spotlight on himself. Ultimately he is responsible for raising expectations about his play.

Problem is the dropoff in the duo to Krejci. Bergeron isnt the problem. He holds his weight in gold.

I won't argue with the fact some players are better, or have had more success. Absolutely true. To say Bergeron isn't an elite player? Absolute hogwash.

I'll go with Vesey's agent not the guy who is tweeting reporters info. Literally, he says 'reports' referring to reporters tweeting thoughts, no names.
