Dissapointing Dynamite. Work/shoot ... whatever it may be.... they should have addressed Sunday night directly. I'm now 51/49 that it's not a work. Flip flop flip flop.

That said. Decent dynamite. Was expecting something they were never going to deliver.

Death triangle make fine trios Champs. Love all three. But the Elite (specifically Omega) mark in me is sad.

I was genuinely surprised Hangman didn't get the win tonight after getting shit on for, honestly, no reason a couple days ago. At the same time, happy Danielson won.

AEW should not hire niche local acts to come out and perform prior to the main event. I'm sure that dude has a following and I'm sure he's talented. But ....God... that shit was terrible. I'd lose my mind if Doomtree came out to introduce Dante Martin at a minneapolis show. However, I'd assume that a vast majority of the in house audience wouldn't know who's performing and 99.750% of those watching wouldn't either.

Yuta v Garcia was a fantastic match. Both wrestlers were great and am happy to see Garcia with that belt.

The bottom line is that they can’t figure out how to get them to draw in the demo. Too many other women tune out.
 
The Elite's side of this fight story is f***ing hilarious.

No door break downs, they calmly entered by simply opening the door and Punk just immediately started throwing punches and Ace threw a chair.

Kenny tried to save Larry the dog and when he did that Ace bit him.

I find their version of events slightly lacking in believability lol
 
They also had to hear about how they themselves took veiled shots at WWE

I haven't read this whole thread so not sure if it's been asked, but is the casino chip something that can be cashed in at anytime now like MITB? MJF implied that it is.
 
so is moxley views as a 2 time world champ in aew or 3 time.. i thought last night the announcer called him 3 time world champ.
 
Dave thinks Punk's injury may be a torn pec, almost definitely a torn muscle and speculates that's 8 months and thinks that the title would've been vacated outright anyways (i.e. no interim champion). It was early in the match on a tope.
 
Punk out for 8 months minimum per Meltzer. Torn tricep.

He definitely isn't getting fired. Khan will use the 8 months as a way to smooth over any heat by letting it simmer and then hoping people come back to the table.

It doesn't excuse his action by any means, but I can at least understand why Punk might be even angrier than usual during all that. Guy just took 3 months to come back from injury only to hurt himself again, this time for longer.

Maybe he should adjust his style.

He got injured on a Tope this time. Last time, by jumping in the crowd.

Punk is in his 40s now. He should adjust if he wants to continue.
