where are you pulling these random factoids from

Depends. Sometimes Hockey Reference's Game Finder is the easiest way to search these, especially when breaking down into months, or certain stretches of games, although the NHL.com's stat filter has significantly improved over the years. Eliteprospects' premium filter is a nice one as well. It just depends on what I'm looking for.

He has taken the blue line -an objective physical marker in hockey- and made it entirely negotiable.
The past few games Jones did that like twice a game too.

Either way with Fox back, laf playing better and on the first line,Jones-Schneider I think we can at least break even 5 on 5.

LMAO. This thread bro. Had to come back to it. Laf thread full of people praising a dude putting up no points night after night.

This thread, people shitting on a player who went into the game tonight with 58 points. Hahaha.

He’s starting to shoot more rather than just defer, and it’s looking good. If he really starts shooting then defenders can’t just play the pass. Glad to see he got rewarded tonight. Several times tonight he shot where a month ago he would’ve forced a pass.

OT Fox is my favourite Fox of all - forgive the football analogy but the kid quarterbacks the play AND can scamble when he needs to for the goal.

Everyone compares him to Leetch, but he’s really more like Zubov. Either way, good guys to be compared to. Could easily win the Norris again

Crazy that he hasn't scored a PPG goal all season. Had to do a double take on that stat. Kreider probably stole a few

Both Makar and Josi have significantly more shots than him. I'm sure we'll see that go up with each passing season though

Fox looked great the last two games. He was electric in the third period last night especially and basically took over.

Fox this season is a PP specialist. Can't play defense, gets most of his points on the PP. He might be the best PP quarterback in the league, but that's all he's good for this year.

The turnover was whatever, I'll always trust him with the puck on his stick. I've said it before but if there's a flaw in his game it's his awareness and compete around the net boxing out and tying up. That's the only pattern you point to where he can get exposed. He never gets beat off the rush or off the cycle by a puck carrier.

Happened on the Palmeri goal at the Garden and then on the Mercer goal tonight, watch him on the replay he just stands in the high slot not defending anything.
