I know that +/- isn't be all end all but him having a better +/- against Hedman who plays on a stacked team with an insane goal differential is huge.

Hughes is similar offensively but has a ways to go defensively. Fox seems to arrived this year and I'd easily place him above Hughes right now.

The insane thing is he could easily be at 40-45 points now if Zib and Strome didn’t start off so slow and Panarin wasn’t out for an extended period of time.

Curious to see what he does the rest of the way. We still play the Devils, Sabres and Philly 8 more times so he’ll have plenty of chances to rack em up.

Unfortunately the biggest thing working against him for the Norris, which is entirely not his fault, is the team being in line to miss the playoffs.

The last Rangers game I was at last January, I had the impulse to buy a jersey and wanted Kakko's. Asked at one of the entrance stores but they were out of Kakko jerseys, so I "settled" for Fox's.

We're fine. Trouba won't be an issue with signing everyone, unless we trade for a big contract like Eichel. Trouba has 3 years left on his NMC. If he continues to play like he has this year for the next 3 years, that is money well spent and then we should be able to move him, assuming Schneider (or someone else) is ready to replace him.

Kakko is looking at a small bridge deal right now. He might explode in year 3 and change that, but odds are he won't break the bank on his next contract. Laf has 2 years to go, but is trending the same way. If it really becomes an issue, I'm sure we'll find a way to make the cap work. By the time Laf needs a new deal, we may see a rise in the cap as well.

Kreider also has 3 years left on his NMC, so he will also be a candidate to be moved once it switches to an NTC.
