No idea why he went for a skate toward center ice after that bad breakout pass. Almost gave the Jets a clean 3-on-1.

It's still really early in his NHL career, but he's gone full Sbisa a few times.

I hope they retain Hamhuis to pair with him next year. Can't think of a worse partner for him to play beside than Sbisa or Bartowski.

To be fair, there have been a good number of players on waivers who are better than those two. If we didn't have a complete dummy in charge we wouldn't need to still be talking about them.

But yeah, he's definitely playing well. Especially for his age.
