Total Wine & More uses Door Dash. The delivery fee is counted along with everything else upon purchase.

FWIW, if you order online from TWM, you can complete a brief survey about your delivery. I always do this, with the highest marks possible. Use the driver's name. Not a tip, but it's helpful to the delivery driver.
 
Snowing outside, propped up in bed watching what is likely Bill Belichick's final New England "snow bowl" (coaching the Patriots, anyway).

Started gathering paperwork to get a real ID. Unfortunately, i am a Junior and half my docs contain the suffix…half do not. Such a fun process.

Also a fun process; the mice. I have spent hours today shoving copper mesh into cracks and holes all over this house. Cleaned and reset a bunch of traps. I think i may pick up a couple spray foam cans as well, as there are some holes in this house that are cavernous. It never ends.

Just waiting out the snow here on the south shore. Once it stops I’ll clear the back porch and head to New Bedford to shovel for the lady if needed.

Watching the Patriots on the projector and sipping on a coke. Not bad

Ummmm, that would be a no. I haven't even gotten my food yet! How many times do they want you to pay a tip. It's crazy.

Ordered a pizza online recently, paid online, drove to the restaurant, walked in, guy prints a receipt I have to sign. What's on the receipt? A place to add a tip. Also a no.

I really need to cut out restaurant food anyway. These prices :help:

I’m doing no-spend January, which means using up all the food I’ve stockpiled in the freezer & pantry.

Decided to bake some banana bread with walnuts before I go out and shovel.

Hopefully that damn shovel works and my face getting whacked wasn't in vain.

I get to reward myself with a piece of banana bread after. It's the wet and heavy kind of snow looking from the window. Hopefully it won't be too bad.

I love a good banana bread. However it’s made. Walnuts. No walnuts. Mashed banana mixed in. Sliced bananas on top. No bananas at all and just a box mix.

I see banana bread. I eat.

somebody at my work made a banana bread with walnuts and a cream cheese frosting. and it was one of the most amazing things i ever ate.

For those wondering, the shovel that hit my face actually works. I was able to get the steps done so quickly, my shoulders don't hurt which is wonderful. My shift is up. My dad has his snow blower up and ready, though my neighbor surprised us and did the front of our house. Helped immensely.

I really hate being allergic to walnuts because growing up there was nothing better than a fudge brownie with them in it. I was 21 when my body decided that peanuts and almonds were ok and everything else was a guaranteed trip to the ER.

Me too. Wouldn't want to live in a place where it's super cold and frozen all winter, but somewhere with a couple of decent snow falls a year would be just lovely. I've lived in snowy places before and I'm well aware what a pain in the ass snow can be, but there's something magical about it even so.

I like snow. I can tolerate rain. I do not like the slop. This snow was damn heavy but luckily for me not super deep this time.
