The implication is that since the GM is also head coach, if they acquire Danielson then he has some sort of usage in mind. They're already a high scoring team, so we're looking at second line or lower. Quite frankly, I'm not sure I want Danielson in Portland,
The bus part doesn't matter, but GM and coach being the same person does.

Look at the roster, he's gonna get a shutdown role, not a scoring line. The GM is the coach, I'm sure that's his plan.

Danielson out scored every single one of those forwards just last year.
Cagnoni and Carter Southern are the only names I’ve ever heard of before this season and they play defense.
Obviously they have put together a nice team and have a nice thing going. But Danielson is the immediate #1 player on that team… or atleast he should be.
before people get too excited.. it was 12G and 14A. Exactly a point per game. Hopefully this is the move he needed.
