Popcorn is the best form of corn. I douse mine in liquified butter and then coat it in Old Bay.

I have had Mexican corn once in a dish. A local restaurateur had his mother send him some from home. It is white and puffy -- no, not popcorn -- and he said it grow underground. Maybe he was joking. But it was very good.

The restaurant also was the best restaurant ever. He had no menu; just came over and sat down, listed the meat and other ingredients he had available, and asked the patrons what they wanted. He could cook Thai, he could cook Indian, he made some amazing dishes that I have never eaten elsewhere. And it was all open kitchen so he would explain what he was doing while he did it. Unfortunately, too many smooth-brains ... I mean cotton-headed ninny mugginses couldn't come up with their own ideas so it gradually just became a Mexican place and lost all of its novelty.

If y'all want a snack that'll put some hair on your chest, eat a spoonful of minced garlic, then chase it with a shot of lime juice.

Try it and get back to me.
That sounds a lot like this

My dad used to make the most bizarre snack. Ritz cracker, thin slice of cheddar, dollop of peanut butter, and touch of horseradish. It actually was good.

When I was a poor student I literally had no money one day.

I looked in my cupboards and fridge and had two things. Cheese and Rice. Was getting money two days later...

so for 3 meals had rice, with melted cheese mixed into it. It was really good. And I dont really like rice. Hahaha.

I told my brother and he actually ate it several times at University by semi-choice. And liked it.

"The planet Saturn, and of course, all of its rings." I love that guy (and all the Pythons)

I read Graham Chapman's biography and it was so interesting. The man himself was just... very fascinating, a seemingly brilliant person, and just too good at everything ahaha.

He was the main writer alongside Cleese. He was the best actor of all of them and that was why he was the lead in the films. He was apparently the funniest of them in person. The cleverest. And the nicest after Palin ahahaha. He was also a fully qualified, practicing Doctor for a lot of his early time in Monty Python. As well as being a very good athlete, especially in rugby. And in his spare time did mountaineering.

Plus talked about him coming out etc. What he did in the UK for LGBT rights afterwards. Which was at the same time tear-jerking and inspiring.

This made me laugh a lot.

It is also pretty much how every 40-50 year old Mancunian who is a bit "rough" acts physically. The weird constant slightly aggressive movement with a slight comedic aspect to it... and the city genuinely has its own walk.
