I never put butter on anything. Actually nothing. I will have it baked or cooked into things, etc. As long as it’s not ridiculously rich. But never on top. I’m not a dairy person in general. Have a revulsion to cheese too. Blame brain chemistry.

Not a butter fan as I said.

But cheese is my main weakness. I have often thought if I never ate cheese or mayonnaise in my life I would probably be a pro athlete. :sarcasm:

Joking ofc but... I mean... I eat a lot of those two things, despite generally eating very well, and they are pretty damn bad for you.

The stuff I dont eat/rarely eat that everyone else seems to:

Butter (maybe once a month)
Ketchup (maybe twice a year)
Mustard (maybe once a month)
BBQ sauce (maybe twice a month)
Chocolate (maybe once a month)
Cake (maybe 2x a year, skip most peoples birthday cakes)
Candy (almost never, prefer other things if going sweet)
Pie (I love them... but maybe once every two month)
Potato Chips (almost never, not a fan)
Fries (maybe 2x a month, usually eating out)
Soft drinks (probably like 50 oz a week)
Potatoes (maybe once a month, I eat sweet potatoes instead)
Rice (just not a fan overall. it is fine but I like other carbs way more, so like once a month)
Beef (maybe once every three weeks, usually eating out)
Lamb (maybe 3x a year)
Pork (if exclude bacon, maybe once a month)
Sausages (maybe once every two months)
Hash browns (maybe twice a year)
Coffee (never)
Tea (never)
Corn on the cob (like maybe 2x a year)
Cereal (I dont eat breakfast. I have muesli maybe 5x a month, mostly as a snack)
Pancakes (maybe once a month, love them though)

My sweet stuff pretty much consists of:

Cheesecake and Ice cream/Kulfi... I like them so much more than anything else that if having dessert it is one of them. It is hard for me to walk past ice cream and not eat it. Though partial to a Fruit Flan from time to time.

And if having something greasy it is almost always a couple of bacon, egg, bean, cheese and mayo sandwiches. Usually 1-2 times a week for lunch as I love them. A "half-English" basically. Aha.

My go-to soft drinks are Dr. Pepper and KA Black Grape (Carribbean). But maybe one a week as the sugar f***s with me.

Chili, fajitas, enchiladas, curries, pasta dishes, salmon and tuna dishes, sweet potatoes and shakshuka are probably like 90% of my diet really. Just love them all so much. Pizza a few times a month though is in the rotation.

Some covid numbers from our province. Hope you all get/are double vaccinated!

Of the 4,357 cases between March 15 and Sept. 2, 92.4 per cent were unvaccinated. Six per cent were partially vaccinated and 1.6 per cent were fully vaccinated.

There were 255 people hospitalized in this time period. Of those, 88.2 per cent were unvaccinated, 11 per cent were partially vaccinated and 0.8 per cent were fully vaccinated.

At this point I'm just letting the deaths of their friends and family convince the unvaccinated that maybe they should get the jab. Nature aaaahhh, finds a way.

Had a convo with a few friends that if a situation arises where a hospital has to chose who gets the ICU beds we decided it should go to the vaccinated first because at least they tried to do the right thing.

Lin cod, steelhead, king salmon, walleye and sturgeon easily surpass swordfish. There are many more including anything out of the metolius river.

anyone who eats waffles or pancakes after puberty is on the mentally stunted

Never been a butter fan. Even the good Danish and Irish stuff.

Only ever voluntarily put it on toast, crumpets and potato cakes.

It makes me ill when people butter sandwiches. And iller when butter and then put on mayo or mustard or ketchup... tastes so weird with a sauce on top.

A block of butter usually lasts me a year ahaha.

Same. I love bread enough without putting fat on it.

Horseradish sauce heaped on a saltine or in a spoon is a great snack
My dad used to make the most bizarre snack. Ritz cracker, thin slice of cheddar, dollop of peanut butter, and touch of horseradish. It actually was good.

I want to see you take a bite out of a brick of butter to prove you have had it before.

Nobody has claimed the corn isn't good enough to be great on it's own. It's just that the butter makes it even better. This is what butter does. Please eat butter.

I also strongly dislike corn in all its (unpopped) forms. With or without butter.
