They're entitled to two bathroom breaks in a five set match, but no time limit is in the rulebook.

That's what he has exploited.

I got so shit faced during Ivan and tried to parasail in the quad of my unit wearing a flak jacket, Kevlar helmet, a few poncho liners strung together, some 550 cord to hold onto, and standing in the bottom of a cooler.
Got dragged a good bit of feet but didn’t get off the ground. Thank god lol.
Young, dumb, and full of....

As a vet, you've probably heard the rest. Been there, done similar things myself back in the day!

Welp. HCette just informed me that her coworker who is out on maternity leave had her house destroyed in Mullica Hill and were “within seconds of dying.” Which it’s not clear if they either got into their basement or out of the collapsing house at the last second.
Terrifying. I’m glad on the whole that they are ok.

Wow if Newark airport is like that I can only image spots on NYC and Hoboken. Back in the day during just a normal storm the Hudson would flood over the river walls into the Hoboken and that was 12-15 years ago. I cant imagine how much water is there now.

This is what we live with all the time - not the collapsing house, obviously, but the running to the basement. When I was a kid I had to race around the first floor to catch our pet dove and bring him downstairs into the basement at the last minute (the tornado just missed us). I can't imagine what it's like when you aren't used to it and don't have the same kind of awareness or ready warning systems/habits in place.

Pet dove? Please, tell more.
