I think what I appreciate is that he views things with gray areas whereas so many fans see everything in black and white.

I think most things are in shades of gray, not black or white. And I think someone who is willing to pull the reins a bit, and say "maybe" instead of "definitely" is probably pretty smart, and probably a rarity on a sports message board. I don't think it's something to be shamed, but rather a virtue.

You're trying to paint me as someone who can't handle different opinions, when I've already showed that's not true. I've had disagreements with tons of people on this website... so why is it that you see a unique problem with deadhead? He isn't the only person who has different opinions, so what's different? It's the dishonest arguments and intentional contradictions, which I also provided clear proof of. I'm also not the only person who has said the same thing or pointed this out.

Are you honestly going to try to tell me that you know why I dislike someone better than I do? Seriously? :laugh:

I'd say I'm pretty justified in saying that I'm the ultimate judge of what is and isn't debatable when talking about what I think. I guess that makes me a "pompous know-it-all".

Well the accusations you're making make it seem like I'm the worst offender. So I figure explaining why you're wrong about my mentality towards him would help you understand others as well.

I don't think he is dumb. But I do think he is a coward, or more likely a troll.

The fact he ignored multiple calls for him to have an opinion on how Sanheim would play on his return and he never responded tells you all you need to know.

I don´t think he pointed you out as the worst offender. Actually you often write enjoyable and entertaining stuff. I do admit that even though your "welcome" to me was: "Oh well, this thread doesn´t need another one of those" which somehow stresses what GhostsBeer said about you. Like any other poster here your opinions probably will sometimes prove as being right and sometimes as being wrong. Also, you are not the only guy here that is occasionally rude to people who don´t share your opinion (sorry: the proven truth ;-) ).

The reason that GhostsBeer and deadhead get into long (actually too long) arguments with you might be that you are posting an exessive amount of posts (sth like 20 posts a day). If you deliver 20 posts a day (many of them criticizing others or being provocative) of course you might get a relevant amount of reaction. This goes for you as it goes for deadhead as well.

Regarding the game against Columbus I have the feeling that every Flyer fan should hope for a huge win and I assume that is something we have in common (plus absolutely adoring G). I feel sorry for those who hope for a loss just because it might in the long rung lead to Hakstol being fired.

I think the full version of this video includes a disclaimer that no moose were Hakstok'd during filming.
