It won't transfer to the NHL unless he can play at NHL pace, in terms of skating and also reaction time. Otherwise he'll wind up looking like PErlini/Brome/Zadina. It's what keeps guys like Riley Barber in the AHL, you remember him from last season. Dude is a 1 PPG player in the AHL, but can never seem to do anything at the NHL level.
I'm not saying Mazur is good or bad, but I wouldn't say he's gonna be an NHLer just because he's dominating college. I'd like to see him signa contract though so we can get a feel for where he's really at.
