Pretty sure he immediately made it clear he doesn't want there to be a war, which is about as far as a Russian with family in Russia can go without risking reprisals. In fact, even saying that much now would put him in legal jeopardy as it would be an illegal criticism of the Russian government. Heck, it's not even allowed for him to state it's a "war."

Throwing all this crap aside, and his ineptitude as a top 2 dman, the dude just reeks of arrogance and genuine unlikeability. Not a single smile or genuine connection it appears with any of his teammates of late. The demand for PP time despite being complete shit. And although the Flyers are masters at destroying someone’s value, it’s clear the guy can’t possibly be in long term plans.
