For anyone who thinks that Lemieux needs to dial down his style, I respectfully suggest that they look no further than Buffalo.

Their fan base would trade one of their good D-men yesterday (aside Dahlin of course) for him because that's EXACTLY what they (and several other teams on the verge of competing) are missing.

Totally agree. Sabre’s already are a pretty decent team. Put Lemieux on a line with Eichel and give him even more space than he gets now....yikes. Eichel might threaten McDavid for the Ross if that occurred.

This is going to sound nuts maybe to some but even if the Sabres offered us Ristolainen straight up for Lemmy, considering how much Lemmy means to us, I’m not sure I pull the trigger. Matter of fact...check that...I wouldn’t make the deal.
