Don't need to be to see that what you said is completely fictional and not of this reality.

Further to that, since when does having a contract guarantee you play? The rangers could park Marc in the press box the rest of the year if they wanted. He has a no move so he can’t go to Hartford. If he wants to leave his agent can help arrange a trade. Or not. Contract is guaranteedMarc Staal’s contract would still go against the cap.
I would think his contract does not have a minimum thresholds of games he must play a year
If the NHLPA is an association and not a union I doubt they would have any regress under the Taft Hartley Act or any othe Federal or New York State Labor laws.
I don’t see any reason that would compel a team from playing the players they want to play and having those they don’t want watching from the press box.
He'll be heart brokenWhy is Chytil not on the PP, that is ridiculous this coach is losing me faster than Trottier.
It doesn't even remotely seem like this. In fact hayes had a much better game today in response to yesterday so it's the opposite of what you're sayingQuinn's constant yelling definitely wear on the players. He got a lot of nerve for a rookie coach, seems like the veterans have had just about enough of him already, like Hayes and perhaps even Zucc. He should be a little careful, if the players turn against him he's done.
I see your point.
My thoughts on Staal would definitely be conscrewed as coercion.
Maybe there could be a gray area were they could nudge him into doing the right thing for himself and the team and Staal not sufer any monetary loss?
Really don’t love the make up of this locker room...we need a real captain
If you have time and are willing could you elaborate on this point. I am not following.
Thanking you in advance.
Sometimes it feels like the organization is kind of like part of the fan base where they know they need a defenseman who can put up points and drive offense, but they hate everyone they get because they’re not Brian LeetchAda was the best defenseman, by far, thru training camp. He was basically the only defenseman playing actual defense and offense tonight except for 1 bad play. I fully expect him to be benched again. I don't get why this organization is so....dumb.

It`s a huge step to coach in NHL, but Quinn is trying to win games. And this evening it`s unfortunate that our backup goalie had a really bad night so we will see Henrik back in net already next game.
- Zucc is a slow starter in NHL, but kind of worried due to a new system. (Players don`t instant adapt after 5 years with AV.)
- Zib has similar issues like Zucc. (He don`t look too comfortable at the moment in this new system, and need better accuracy on his shots and maybe line changes in attempt to get him going.)
- Kevin Shattenkirk lack match fitness - it`s obvious to me and he is uncertain after his long term injury. And he also struggle with shot accuracy just like Zib.
Positives Howden looking good, Chytil get points, and Kreider looked more motivated this evening and was visible with 2 goals. Buch got that PP goal which is crucical for his own confident and that was after good play by Zucc on that PP even though he was not rewarded with an assist. Vesey scored 2 goals with good positioning - hopefully he get some confidence back to not get cold for long stretches, but he usually a streaky player.
Hey guys, what’s up with Shattenkirk? Why did he only play 7:29? Injury?
Nobody wants to to admit this...but I'll say it....we weren't that much better defensively the prior games either...Henrik been spectacular....georgiev was terrible...hence why the scores in the first 2 were closer than they were...we've given up a metric ton of quality chances...
He's exactly as advertised and put in a position where he's playing way over his head.
He's a complete waste of a roster spot....
He’s not that bad. The whole team/defense is pretty out of sorts right now, and this was like his 5th game since JanuaryWow Shattenkirk sure has fallen hard in the last couple years. First he had the serious injury, and now that he’s healthy he just flat out sucks. Can’t even be a reliable steady veteran on a young team.
I was silly to have picked him in two pools thinking he’d have a bounce back season. Moving on lol.
