Keefe's love affair with Kerfoot needs to end. Kadri trade has come back to bite us on our ass so many times now it is not even funny. We had the most center depth and we pissed it away.

I have to laugh at the Andersen comments? Why are you all letting the skaters off with this shit effort? They were half assing it from the start.
2 breakaway goals, 1 2-on-1 down low on the PP, a clear give away by Tavares with no one covering anyone, Dadanov skating freely in front of the net with no one on him.
The one bad goal was the first one, you cannot get beat short side like that.

The rest, is on the skaters imo. Other than the 1st line, the rest were absolute shit the entire game. Don't let the goals for fool you.
When push came to shove, the Sens were playing way more desperate than our boys...

Could Andersen made some of those saves, maybe... but you know what f*** that, this is on the skaters. Period.

Because they scored 5 goals. Any goalie should win with 5 goals against the worst team in the NHL.

But man some weak goals against that just crushing the skaters and momentum also

After a game like that, being a Leafs fan I can't say I'm surprised because this wasn't even the most embarassing game in the past year. The leafs BLEW A 5-1 LEAD IN THE 3RD PERIOD TO THE WORST TEAM IN THE NHL! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? He was definitely the ring leader. Bad decisions, and not a single save was basically the story. Even in the third we carried the majority of the play

It's a weakest division, but this is a team capable of making the playoffs and likely home ice in any division

Stuff like that happens. Despite poor play, Tor gets a point and still is the best team north. They did not show in the third, period. Imo TOR needs a shutdown center to control that kind of crazy games.

With all the positivity this year, I'm so disappointed to see this version of the Leafs again. I was really hoping we were done with that....The Kadri trade looks worse and worse. At this point, I think we should trade Nylander. He just doesn't play the style that's needed to win. I think maybe it was the hit in the world juniors that changed him.

I agree with your first sentence certainly. This team was playing disciplined, "defense first" hockey this year.

Seems they thought they'd put up ten instead of sticking to the script and getting seven. In the end they allow six, including a shorthanded goal.

The best part of this all is earlier in the game Rielly had a wide open shot in the slot but tried to pass it in the net

Then at the key point in the game Rielly takes a shot while the best goal scorer in the world has an open net with no one near him
