now call up Lysell already.
I don't know if you have kids but let's say you have 3, two are overachieving, doing whatever is asked, try to do their best everyday, listen and care about their family. The other one has more natural talent but is lazy, whiny, disliked by his peers and teachers, not productive, has failed when given an opportunity to succeed and only cares about himself and no one else.

Who you rewarding?

Now ask yourself why should Lysell be called up into an already not so great dressing room with quite a few other lazy players?

Imagine feeling this way about a prospect you never watch.

So tired of listening to Bruins fans whining about we only got this we are playing Geekie or Brazeau or Frederic yadayadya

I watched Carolina and they got Eric Robinson & Jack Roslovic on their top 6

Their team is a mismatch

Orlov who this time last year was a -17 is now a +17 and on a pace for highest point total and leader of their D

Gee I wonder what happened

Agreed. Why reward him and give him a shot based on what he “might” do? Besides, we don’t need the lazy Pasta, etc, etc, etc, rubbing off on him. As you say, we have way more than enough lazy (Pasta) players.

Bruins should see if they can pick up Matt Grzelcyk on the cheap to help fill the void with Lindholm out for months. Gryz signed a 1yr deal so no commitment beyond this year. He makes $2.75m and Pitt could even retain half so it's down to 1.3ish. Pitts having a fire sale so he's available.

Probably would give McAvoy a boost too.
I love it - because it makes some sense and would burn this board down.

I get the idea, but they should get a potential PP QB if they are looking to add a puck moving d, which Gryz is not

Is Shane Wright worth a flier? A swap of underperforming prospects in him and Lysell? What do we add?

Like when he was in Boston, good players make good player even better. Carolina's forward group in nasty good. Bruins roster has to many Roslovic's

People wanted grz gone
People wanted Jake gone
People wanted sway signed, now some want him gone
I see posts to be bring a slower Taylor Hall
People loved Monty, then they hated him
We needed size and toughness, got it, now we need scoring

Grass is always greener, hindsight is 20/20

All flash and no substance left. Has gotten exposed pretty good - not to mention he’s a winger. He’ll be a reclamation project for someone but I don’t think he has the value you guys think he does, either on the ice or in trade value.

He isn’t a winger. He has played much better in the middle. They do have him on the wing now, but he shouldn’t be there.

They have a qb, like it or not. Pasta needs to start scoring on the PP, That's the problem as well.

Can we look up how many times McAvoy puts the puck on a b line for a one timer to Pasta only for him to hit the goalie or miss all together
Or even better yet throw it back McAvoy with pressure on him.

Yes he needs to shoot more to keep the pk team honest but Pasta needs to start producing and the guy playing the number needs to shoot.

I wish Pasta could be more in the Kucherov role than the Stamkos role. I think puck on Pasta’s stick and him moving around is better than him just standing there cocked and ready to fire. But Brad doesn’t have a one timer.

I'd argue a Kucherov-type is exactly what this team is missing. Someone to drive play and set people up.

Roslovic has 10 goals which would be over 20% of Boston's total. Bruins could use a couple more Roslovic's and a couple less Frederic's and Geekie's.

For as slow as Frederic has started, he's surprisingly only a couple of goals and a few points off from his pace of last year where he threatened 20 goals and broke 40 points. Between the two, it's Geekie's game that seems to be the most broken. Last year, he looked like he could be a legit middle 6 center/winger. Now, he's the 13th forward.
