If we're trading MP at 50% off alone and don't at least get the equivalent of an untainted 1st rounder, we've failed.

And with the numerous injuries, the bloom's off the rose. Nevermind adding DOC.
Totally understood. I don't think they'd part with Lambert, they've already recalled him I believe. Would they give Yager back lol?

Have a link for the Arizona stat game this evening. Cruz Lucious is supposed to get his first game action against Minnesota either this evening or tomorrow.

If anyone wants the link send me a message and I'll hand them out

Nailers win 4-2. 31 saves for Murashov and 3rd star of the game. 2nd goal he gave up defender got beat 1on1, and got a partial shot off. SM got a piece of it but it trickled in. Very active when it comes to playing the puck, sometimes nearly getting in trouble.. Few times off bad turnovers he didnt have time to get set but still made the save because of good positioning.

Houde with GWG, rocket 1 timer from the high slot. Calvert with the helper.

Bad game from Lindgren. Got off balance trying to pivot skating forward to back and gave up a breakaway. SM bailed him out big time. Also is that guy who slams his stick for the puck as soon as he gets rid of it.

Top line of Houde, Martel (PPG) and Calvert hemmed K-Zoo in their end almost every shift.

Joshua Jagger had the ENG to seal it.

Does any skater on the team pop out to you as being AHL ready? Looks like alot of the young guys are producing well which is nice to see

De St Phalle. Good speed but needs to get stronger on the puck. Chris Ortiz, now idea who owns his rights, but great skater on the blue line. Houde isnt a burner, but isnt a slouch. With his shot, id move him to wing.

Not enough talk about Pieniniemi around these parts. Been in Prince Edward a good amount for work in the last month or so and skating with their senior team and keep getting dragged to see Frontenac games by some of the guys on the team, and honestly almost forgot he was playing there. Every game, without fail, he's a silky smooth, composed break-out machine. Defends well on the rush, looks a bit bigger than his 6'2 listing and jumps into the play at the right time, gets activated low more than I expected and uses really good vision and puck-skill to distribute extremely well.

Admittedly, he's on one of the better teams in the weaker conference in the OHL, but he plays huge minutes for them on the top pairing, PP, PK, and is a good reason why they are so staunch defensively for the 30+ minutes he seems to be out there every game.

Should be on pairing #1 for Finland in the WJC, so excited to see how he does there, and should also have Kangas to watch on the second pairing
Great to hear. He looked really good at the WJSS over the summer. Obv his DY U18 was excellent.

Then it was odd he didn’t get to be a regular in our rookie tourney.

I feel coach Army will be coaching somewhere outside of the ECHL in the near future.
Hopefully WBS. Nice to see hes showing that he just wasn't hired for being a recognized name in Wheeling. I always give the minor coaches credit, they have to double as the GM and always adjusting to so much roster turnover.
