Damn. Lucic is one scary dude. People forget that he was a Golden Gloves boxer as a teenager. He's not the player he once was of course. But man, take a cheap shot on Bergy and await the fists of fury. Good lord.

He also has deceptive reach because of his back disease. He's 6'3 but really should be more like a 6'6 man and has the arm length of one.

Lucic is a monster

The only guy who gave him trouble was Reaves

Would never happen... but I wonder who would win between Lucic vs Quaider. Quaider barely lost also

This isn’t true, lots of guys gave him trouble - Colton Orr, Dalton Prout off the top of my head

He’s never fought Reaves.

Erskine & Orr notably broke his face.

McQuaid was never really a HW, Reaves thumped him pretty badly at the end of his career.

One of my favourite underrated Lucic fights:

Lucic Bell

Holding off the linesmen just so you can eat a crippling right hand is so Toronto Maple Leafs

I always respected him and Tim Gleason as guys who played tough, hard and right and who could fight.
Perfect comparison

Older school comparison would be Terry Carkner

Tim Gleason put up a couple good fights against Lucic too

Glad I'm no longer on the lets trade for Kassian for a 4th line role wagon again...

Yikes. This season with the Coyotes...

33 games, 1 goal 0 assists -11 and only 28 hits. Less than a hit per game which is crazy.

Tanner Jeannot is 100% a player I'd kick tires on if I'm Sweeney. Young, can score, hits everything that moves - He's having a down season in comparison to last year, too.

Now we just need puljujarvi trade talk put to rest.

I will say that off the top of my head, MCQuaid probably gave Jon Scott the best challenge of the Bruins I remember fighting him.

Just stop already. Lucic is not worth 2.625 mil in cap space (max retained by Calgary)

That's more than halfway to Patrick Kane (max retained by Chicago) for a player that should sit in the rafters 90% of the time (at least) and will be a pylon that occasionally punches people in the face for the rest.

I love Looch for what he did during his tenure with the Bruins but...

He's

NOT

who

he

used

to

be.
