For us. I don't think that'd be great for Toronto unless it was Minty going. I think the Knies smoke is Buffalo with 4. There were already rumors of Chicago moving 4 for Knies.

@Webster has told us, that the beeker has told Solberg that he envisions Solberg becoming a very important piece for the ducks moving forward. I don’t think they have plans for him to become only our bottom pair lhd.Can hindz handle middle pair minutes next season? No arguments here. Detroit is a blackhole team that will have a very hard time getting out of it.

Salary is a part of it but they also probably don’t think Robertson is the best player in that deal. To me Robbo is clearly the new Taylor Hall where hockey people clearly don’t value him like fans do.

Because they don't want to pay Robertson 14m+. In their position I'd rather have Larkin at 8.7 too. Protects them down the middle against the annual Hintz playoff absence due to injury.

I'd normally agree, but the Robertson stuff has been weird for a while. Despite being incredibly productive, there have been talks of trading him for a couple years now. He was left off both the 4 Nations and Olympic rosters. I'm not sure what it is, but there seems to be something there that turns GMs off.
