As in win enough for him to play 25%. The more games they play the harder it will be to keep him from reaching that goal
Just until the second round.

So if both first two rounds went to 7:

14 games he must play 4 games (25% is 3.5 games)
8 games he must play 2 games.

After the 2nd round is done, conditions are met and the 2nd becomes a 1st.

Just want enough so we get that first. Don’t care how they do it. I am just worried that Panthers will play some shenanigans

So funny how different this place is reacting than bruins Reddit. Bruins Reddit is usually a hugbox of positivity while this place tends to skew negative. Today this place is praising Don while Reddit burns down.

As gross as it will be to see Brad in a cats sweater, I’m solely in the latter camp.

I can’t see giving Marchand a 4-yr extension, at this stage of his career, and with the hip surgeries he’s had. I understand why he would ask for that, and I completely understand why the team would counter with two years. It’s too bad.

Nah, they are all in. Every year they have some key players on expiring deals. This year it's Bennett, Ekblad, probably some others. They will throw everything at going back to the Cup until the wheels finally come off down there. If Marchand is physically able to play, he'll be in the lineup. The conditions seem like they are 100% insurance in case he's unable to play.

I read recently about a baseball player who played for both teams in the same game. The game was halted for rain, to be completed at a later date. The player was traded to their opponent later, so he was on their roster when the rest of the game was played.
It was a Red Sox player.
