They can always loan against it if they have a need for cash. Not a very liquid asset though, which is pretty important for a pension/retirement fund.

That's fair. The accountant in me would dread the level 2/3 fair value disclosures though. They can always loan against it if they have a need for cash.
A pension fund large enough to own a sports team is one with other major sources of liquidity. Not a very liquid asset though, which is pretty important for a pension/retirement fund.
You're too old not to know the difference between a court of law and the court of public opinion. If Partey escapes punishment like Greenwood has, then the onus will still be on him to convince people that he's a changed man and doing everything he can to fight the problem that he was a part of.
Wow, did not expect that, he's been good (albeit not spectacular) for Granada this year but I had never heard of him before 23/24 and he's TINY. Like Lorenzo Insigne tiny. He should buy de la Fuente a beer.Bayern Munchen have signed Bryan Zaragoza from Granada paying his release clause of 14-16M€ (not sure which one of the two is the correct figure). Very talented player but still inconsistent. Reminds me of Bryan Gil
Honestly mate, I am trying to stop talking about politics on this board and I don't have the time to get into long-drawn debates as I did in the past. My opinion doesn't really matter to you about what my beliefs are simply because I am just one bloke in the cosmos. I am willing to engage with you whenever and about whatever, but I don't care if I come across as lazy anymore for the reasons presented above.Yawn. The world would be a better place if you were all as smart as me, but that's the laziest excuse you could make for someone being unable or unwilling to engage with society.
If Partey doesn't want to deal with the opinions of other people then he can retire from public life, buy an earthship in New Mexico and go live off the grid. Nobody will bother him then.

Douglas is way better than Caicedo, but the problem is that you had a bidding war for him between two very wealthy clubs where he was the shiny new toy. Luiz has already been in the league for what seems like ten years and he's only 25 years old.
This year we see Caicedo without Gross and MacAllister and it ain't prettyCaicedo benefited from his team's play.
His individual skillset is much more average.
Payet 2.0.West Ham has already offered 25M for Cherki.
Hopefully he doesn't go end his career there.
Malen reportedly wants to leave Dortmund, speculation that they'd want a fee around what they paid for him. Which would be a good buy for someone.
Saw a rumor somewhere in the last day or two saying swap for Sancho
I wouldn't necessarily be shocked either, but it isn't as simple as "he did well at BVB in the past, he'll do well again", as a lot of people seem to think. You can't just ignore what has been going on with him at Manchester. If the finance makes sense though, why not.I wouldn't shocked if Sancho bounced back in Dortmund, but that would be a dumb move unless Dortmund was getting paid for Malen while only taking Sancho on loan.
Que?If given a choice of one Caicedo, Havertz and Mount. I will always select Caicedo. Even if Massively overpriced, he would provide more speed and dribbling from the DM position. He also has more raw talent.
